As the first college attendee in the family, Dr. Skopek received a BS in microbiology from the University of Wisconsin and his DDS from the University of Minnesota. After three years in general dentistry, he went on to earn his MS in orthodontics.
Dr. Skopek has owned Skopek Orthodontics since 2000 and CLEARCUT Orthodontics since 2022, a 100% clear aligner practice in Chicago's northwest suburbs. He has been an Invisalign VIP Diamond Plus provider since 2000, and an alumnus of Dawson Academy, Pankey Institute, and Spear Education. With notable research on dental plaque ecology during dental school, Dr. Skopek's expertise extends to podcast appearances and speaking engagements on orthodontic business models.
